What are your shipping times?

  • United States: Expect delivery in 8–15 business days.

  • International: Delivery times range from 10–30 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! TekTokStore serves customers all around the world, with happy shoppers in every corner of the globe.

How do I place an order?
It’s easy! Just select your item and preferred style from our product page, click “Add to Cart,” and follow the checkout steps. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details.

I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Still can’t find it? Get in touch with us through our “Contact Us” page and we’ll help you out.

I ordered several items, but only received one. Why?
To get your products to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple items might be shipped separately using different carriers. It’s common to receive items at different times, so don’t worry—your full order is on its way!

Is my personal information secure?
Your privacy and security are very important to us. Our website meets strict PCI compliance standards and uses SSL encryption on every page (look for the padlock icon and “https” in your browser address bar) to keep your data safe and secure while you shop.

Will I have to pay customs fees?
This depends on the rules of your country. While we do everything we can to minimize these fees, customs charges are outside our control. By ordering, you agree that your shipments may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.

Can I get my order by ______ (holiday or deadline)?
If you’re shopping for a gift or need an order by a certain date, we recommend ordering 2–4 weeks ahead to be safe. We can’t guarantee delivery by holiday deadlines due to shipping and customs delays that are beyond our control.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Let us know right away by email if you need to make changes or cancel your order. If your item has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify your order.
