TekTokStore Returns Policy
At TekTokStore, your satisfaction is our priority! If you need to return an item, we’re here to make the process simple and straightforward.
How Returns Work
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging you received it in.
Please note: Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and select health or personal care items.
What You’ll Need
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please send returns to TekTokStore (not the product manufacturer).
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be issued, such as:
Books with clear signs of use
Opened media (CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl, etc.)
Items that aren’t in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to store error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
Double-check your bank account
Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
Next, reach out to your bank for further processing details

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, please email us at TekTokStore to begin the process.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. Once we receive your return, we’ll send a gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver to be given to you later, refunds will be sent to the gift giver directly.
Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged products can vary by location.
For returns over $75, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. TekTokStore cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
